Touch of Wild Teambuilding Program Overview
How can it help us?
Touch of Wild Teambuilding happens in the forest of the outer islands of Singapore. Deprived off technology, participants will have to rely on their basic survival instinct to survive as a team. This outdoor teambuilding brings teams from the concrete walls of the office to the embrace of mother nature! Definitely a well deserved rest and fun your teams needs!
Teambuilding Program
If you enjoy survival series such as Bear Grylls Man vs Wild, this is the team version customised for you and your colleagues to enjoy! Participants will take up roles such as Navigator, Fire Starter, Food Gatherer and Builder through the session. Teams will then be given limited survival equipments to complete tasks such as navigating to the survival site, Fire Starting, Wilderness Cooking and finally Jungle building.
The roles in the team are crucial to completing the survival challenges during the session. Which is also were teams will be able to experience important group dynamics lesson such as communication, peer support and leadership.
The best take back from the experience is the opportunity for participants to team bond in the embrace of nature and in the company of colleagues.
