Creative Builder Teambuilding Program Overview
How can it help us?
Creative Builder creates an environment where teams will take on a primary task of building a structure according to a theme. Throughout the tasking process, teams will encounter several scenarios that will test their multi-tasking, leadership and communication skills.
Teambuilding Program
Creative Builder Teambuilding starts off with a series of Ice Breaker games to get participants warmed up and ready for the session. Next, teams would be given raw materials to build various structure that can complete specific tasks. This would test teams creative thinking and resource management. Leaders are observed on how they manage their team and with a twist towards the end, tested on their ability to react to a crisis.
The whole process strongly mimics typical office dynamic and scenarios and helps the team to better communicate and work together.
At the end of the session, teams will emerge stronger and foster a better bond, through teamwork and team fun!
