Teambuilding Program
This unique teambuilding program starts off at the Teambonding Games Arena, where participants will need to earn as much funds for their team. The Teambonding Games Arena comprises of teambuilding challenges that are oriented on how teams would team communicate, team work, team lead and team excel!
With the funds won from the Teambonding Games Arena, teams will now be able to out bid and out plan their opponents for their most desired building materials at the Material Bidding Segment.
With the materials and equipments, teams will finally be challenged on the successful building and decoration of the bicycles allocated to them. In this segment, we will see how teams work together to utilise team dynamic skills and efficiently perform multitasking, roles and responsibility allocation and team planning to complete the task.
Upon construction of the bicycles, teams will then be graded on how well they have decorated the bicycles and their ability to convince the panel of judges through a marketing campaign!
