As an organisation, we have the collective power to affect the life of people around us; Our Customers. Our Employees. Our Stakeholder. Or the homeless person, who depends on your employee's spare change when they leave the office.

Our 3 Key Guiding Rules
To ensure that our CSR team building activities in Singapore would produce relevant donation products, and meet our corporate clients management objective. Our company management has laid out 3 key guiding objective.
1. Relevance of Donation Products
To ensure our donation products are relevant to the community we are supporting, we maintain a database of donations required from our partner beneficiaries. The list is reviewed monthly to ensure that we only produce materials required without waste and duplication.
2. Deliver High Quality Team building Learning Experience
When you participate in our CSR team building activities, your team will experience various organisational scenarios that would highlight crucial team-oriented values. These values would enhance your team building experience, and allow your team to have a better understanding of these values.
3. Maintain An Honest and Transparent Operation
Working with Grace at Work Team building means being able to trust and rely on our professional advice and promise. We have seen how black sheeps in the industry betray the trust of their clients and reuse donation products without donating it. We do not condone this practice and maintain transparency with our clients and beneficiaries with regards to our CSR team building programs and donation products.
